Dr. Tsuji graduated from the University of Toronto School of Medicine and completed his Orthopaedic residency program in Toronto. He then completed fellowship training specializing in complex adult joint reconstruction, upper extremity and traumatology at St. Michael's Hospital as the Chief Orthopaedic Fellow. Dr. Tsuji has been practicing in Oshawa at Lakeridge Health since 2016.

1) Have your family physician or caring physician send a referral to the office by FAX to (905) 666-4523. This fax should include relevant investigation reports (xray, MRI, CT, etc).
2) Your referral will be reviewed promptly and you will be contacted for an appointment if the condition is appropriate for Dr. Tsuji.
3) If not appropriate,
1) Have your family physician or caring physician send a referral to the office by FAX to (905) 666-4523. This fax should include relevant investigation reports (xray, MRI, CT, etc).
2) Your referral will be reviewed promptly and you will be contacted for an appointment if the condition is appropriate for Dr. Tsuji.
3) If not appropriate, Dr. Tsuji will suggest another doctor who may better manage your issue or request further investigations to decide on management before initial consultation.
