How do I prepare for my appointment?
Please Bring To Your In-Person Office Visit:
- Images from pertinent X-ray, MRI, CT scan studies - It is the patients' responsibility to bring these images on CD, as a report or info from your doctor alone is insufficient and this will delay treatment.
- Imaging taken at Lakeridge Health Oshawa/Bowmanville/Port Perry is available to Dr. Tsuji online, and no CD is required for these studies.
- Wear clothing that will allow Dr. Tsuji to examine the area(s) of concern. Typically this involves shorts for lower extremity and t-shirt for upper extremity issues.
- A Valid health card. Invalid health cards/no health card will be billed directly to the patient.
- A list of current medications and allergies.
- A list of relevant questions to the area of concern.
What is the wait time to see Dr. Tsuji?
The wait time for most elective surgery consults is approximately from 2-4 weeks. If your referring physician feels this is not appropriate, please have them provide specific details to the office.
While patients are waiting, it is often advised to have an assessment and treatment by a physiotherapist, and to ensure that appropriate x-rays and imaging (MRI, ultrasound or CT scan) have been requested and/or completed so there is no further delay to devising a comprehensive management plan with Dr. Tsuji.

Is there free parking and an elevator?
Free parking in the back of the building, first come, first serve basis. Spots are limited.

What is the cancellation policy?
Appointment cancellations MUST be made 48 hours in advance in advance by calling the office directly at (905) 404-6611. Any last minute cancellations, late arrivals and/or no show appointments will be subject to a $50 rebooking fee.
